Complete customer satisfaction is our primary goal at Supasoft Apparel.

Due to human error, it's possible that some incorrect or damaged garments will make its way to you. Please make sure to verify that the merchandise received matches what was ordered and resolve any claims with Supasoft Apparel before garments are altered.

Please inspect and test all merchandise before washing, printing, or adding any type of decorating. Once merchandise is altered in any way (screen printed, embroidered, relabeled, washed, dyed, embellished, etc.), you may not return or make any claims/exchanges.

If you've received a wrong/damaged product, submit your claim within 14 days of receipt of goods by emailing us at [email protected].
